You're attached to what people think about your appearance?I let mine grow starting in the fall to retain heat through the winter and cut it in the spring to keep more cool in the summer.If you let it grow long enough, the ease of just pulling it into a pony tail is nice, but it takes a long time to dry after washing.Long hair or short, it's a two edged sword -- for everything you gain, you lose something.In my not so humble opinion...blogblah
I'm a lot like Musashi, only without all the swords and, you know, physical activity and stuff.
One has to have a very pretty face to look good with short hair. No place to hide, so to say. I'd say that most men look better with long hair.But never let anyone else but YOU alone decide what you want to have!!!!!!!!!!
