I appreciated how Dick Cavett explained his depression. It put a gritty hell into words that I could not before. My second pregnancy I hit rock bottom with depression. I never want to be there again and I even have trouble talking about it because it was so bad. However, I am grateful for the empathy in others and hope they were also able to rise above it with therapy, medication and treatment.
