I see you free floating away in a field of blue nothing, like in one of GEO's paintings of the dresses. Why?
Because.
A couple of posts ago you were wondering if there was a website for a quiz on depression. No seriously, there is:
www.webmd.com/hw/depression/hw30711.asp
You can go there or just take my word for it that top on that list are:
Blogging,
Cat Vomit (any context),
Non-attachment (translates to isolating),
Burning more incense than Hanamun,
That American Flag thing you frightened your readers with,
And, oh yes, groking other six-toed cats.
Welcome to the zoo on a Thursday afternoon. Ciao, baby.

Non-attachment may be the ONLY thing that works for me. The ONLY thing. And, bummer, I have to PRACTICE all the time. There isn't a concept in Zen called PRACTICE for nothin'. Zen Masters have to PRACTICE non-attachment 'cause it ain't easy.

Things I regularly try to detach from: desire, and more desire, desire, food, sex, fear of financial insecurity, fear, Lucky Brand t-shirts that cost too much money but feel so good, thoughts, feelings, people, desire, places, things, desire, etc.

You see the hut, yet you ask, "Where shall I go for shelter?" --West African Proverb

Hope your day is good. Or, at least I hope you get a good laugh. I just want a good laugh. That is the one thing I probably won't detach from: the desire for a good laugh.
